Our Admins
The Administrative Division of the Chowan County Sheriff’s Office is responsible for a wide range of support functions that are important to every division within the agency. Such as,
- Assisting the public with standardized records and forms, including notarization
- Scheduling of meetings between Sheriff’s office and outside parties
- Coordinating all clerical and recordkeeping responsibilities
- Answering phones and redirecting calls to appropriate party
- Receiving, maintaining, and tracking all civil process regarding the Sheriff’s office
- Coordinating and compiling all paperwork between the Sheriff’s office and District/Circuit Courts
The Administrative Division is open Monday through Friday from:
8:00 am to 4:30 pm with the exception of County Holidays.
